1. Ordering Process:

You can order online using the basket system, by telephone on 01347 822368, by fax on 01347 821655, through the post or by email.
Opening times are 8am - 12.15pm and 12.45pm - 5pm Mon - Sat.

2. Payment Process:

You can pay online using the basket system with PayPal or your credit/debit card. Please note this system is secure and does not require a PayPal account. Other methods of payment include Postal Orders or Cheque via the post (Please note that cheques will be allowed to clear before goods are despatched which usually takes 7 days). Cheques/Postal Orders should be made out to M.E.Willis Ltd and mailed to: M.E.Willis Ltd, 38 Long Street, Easingwold, York, North Yorkshire, YO61 3HT. Alternatively you can contact us by telephone with your order and credit/debit card details for payment.

3. Delivery Information:

Delivery cost to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales is £5.95 per up-to 8 pairs (Unless otherwise stated). If you live outside of Mainland England, Scotland and Wales please select the appropriate shipping rate in the drop-down box on the Basket page. If your country is not listed then please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. Standard delivery time for mainland England, Scotland and Wales is Next Working Day for orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday. For some areas of northern Scotland delivery will be two working days. Although we use a next working day carrier we cannot guarantee that all deliveries will make it next working day, however the vast majority of our parcels arrive on time. Smaller items purchased on their own are sent by Royal Mail so delivery times can vary with these. We also offer a before 12 noon the next day service and before 10:00am the next day service at a small extra charge. If you wish to take advantage of any of these services please contact us with your order before 2:00pm to confirm your chosen postage method and your order. When we deliver the goods to you our carriers will require you or someone on your behalf to sign for the parcels. If, for any reason, there is a problem with delivery; ie shortage or damage you must contact us within 48 hours of the parcel arriving with you. All deliveries sent by us are insured until signed for as in good condition by the recipient. In the unlikely event, claims for damages caused by the carriers can only be made if the parcel is signed for 'unchecked' and any damages reported to us within the 48 hours stated.
Orders received after 2pm will be processed and despatched the following working day.

Shipping rates:

Mainland England, Scotland and Wales - 5.95 per up-to 8 pairs (on a Next Working Day carrier *not guaranteed), less for some smaller items and free for Hunter Welly Warmers.

Northern Ireland and UK Islands - 10.95 per up-to 2 pairs of boots, less for some smaller Items and free for Hunter Welly Warmers.

EU Zone 1 (Republic of Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain) -
15.95 per up-to 4 pairs and 4.95 for smaller items on their own.

EU Zone 2 (Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden) - 22.95 per up-to 4 pairs and 4.95 for smaller items on their own.

4. Returns Policy:

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind about your purchase then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return your item provided you inform us of this decision via letter or e-mail to customer services within 7 working days of receipt. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days to return the item(s) at your own expense. you will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. All items must be complete with original packaging, manuals, peripherals etc as originally supplied. Manufacturer packaging must not be defaced in any manner. Once goods are received at M.E.Willis Ltd, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Alternatively if you are returning the goods in order to change the size you will be responsible for the return of the goods as above and you will need to pay another delivery charge at the current rate stated above before we will send your replacement.
